Body Orchestra is a quiet sanctuary in the heart of Porto — a space where women come to reconnect with their bodies, release held tension, and restore their natural rhythm. Whether you are navigating your 30s, the shifting tides of perimenopause, or deepening into postmenopausal radiance, these treatments are designed to support you through every phase of womanhood.
Here, care is not just skin-deep. The treatments offered work with the whole body — nervous system, fascia, circulation, hormones, emotions — because how you feel in your skin is inseparable from how you feel in your body.

As a licensed aesthetician, with decades of training and experience in both skin and mind-body protocols, I approach beauty from a holistic perspective. I recognise the interconnectedness of the face, body, mind, and emotions. I believe that every aspect influences the other, whether it's the impact of stress and emotions, dietary choices, lifestyle habits, beliefs about ageing, or physical conditions like injuries, posture and scar tissue, as well as the fact that we store emotions in our bodies.
With this holistic philosophy guiding me, along with my extensive training and experience in diverse face and body therapies, I've crafted personalised treatments tailored to address these interconnected aspects to reveal your Illuminative Beauty.
While some treatments, such as lymphatic drainage, adhere to specific protocols, when it comes to my other treatments, my holistic approach extends beyond, encompassing techniques like acupressure, connective tissue work, facial cupping, buccal (intra-oral) techniques, somatic facial massage, and Gua Sha. These enhance circulation, inducing deep relaxation, releasing emotions from facial and body muscles, and alleviating the tension that causes facial ageing, while acknowledging the holistic nature of the body.

What is Illuminative Beauty
Beauty is a radiant vitality that shines through when your whole being is in harmony. Your skin, seen as the outer lungs, breathes and reflects this inner light.
My work is about freeing this illuminative beauty, particularly for women navigating the menopausal transition and beyond.
Rooted in the wisdom of nature, I use gentle, intentional facial massage and Gua Sha to release tension, stagnation and stuck emotions that dim your inner radiance. I nourish the qi, blood, and lymph flow to restore circulation patterns and support the body’s natural rhythms, easing menopausal shifts such as stress, fatigue, or tissue changes. The face mirrors this renewed vitality, revealing softened lines, lifted contours, and a quiet glow, not through surface fixes but through deep, systemic harmony.
Each session is a collaboration with your body’s innate wisdom, fostering resilience, ease, and a sense of coming home to yourself.

To receive a facial treatment from Louise Pitot is quite the experience! I always book a 90-minute facial with her and I am rather sad when it comes to an end. I am constantly attracted to the extra special treatments that Louise offers over and above a facial treatment, which include: head massage, sinus relief, stone gua sha or stone roller treatment, facial and neck lymph drainage, and buccal facial treatment - what a treat! It is an indelible treat having Louise tend to your skin - with such care and reverence for her craft, she works wonders with her hands. Louise is a rarity in Porto! Her facial massage is hands down THE best ever. My face had a noticeable difference and I had no idea I was so "puffy" until after I had her lymphatic drainage done on my face. She is gentle on your delicate areas but knows how to move things around to really get your face glowing and feeling rejuvenated. I cannot wait to book my next facial massage with her and drift off to sleep again on her table while she works her magic!
