What You’ll Experience

All my treatments are customised, so I’ll make sure you receive exactly what you need on the day. The following describes what your treatments may look like. In a 90-minute or 60-minute session, I offer gentle exfoliation, layer serums and oils to nourish your skin’s depths while I massage and guide Gua Sha across your body, scalp and face to release fascia and restore vitality. For something deeply therapeutic, my 50-minute Gua Sha treatment blends face and body Gua Sha with massage to bring breath and flow to your tissues, fostering a profound sense of well-being.. All my treatments blend the latest science on skin, ingredients and treatment therapy, with ancient practices like Gua Sha and acupressure. Each month includes a members-only perk and access to my easy follow-along videos to continue your healing and self-care at home.
